The Kid's Running Class is back! Term 1's class commences on Monday the 11th of February so make sure your kids are enrolled in the best after-school program going around. With the winter season approaching this is the perfect program to bridge the gap between summer and winter sport and maintain the fitness and attitude that kids need to succeed in their sport.
These sessions will push your kids while keeping them entertained and teaching valuable lessons in technique, exercise basics and how to be mentally tough on the court, field and track. This is an unmissable opportunity for your kids to learn from a professional athlete with over 10 years in the industry.

The Details
- Ages: 9 — 13 years
- Starts: Monday 11th of February
- Time: 4pm — 5pm (1 hour)
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Cost: $100 — due before first class
Maximum of 30 kids per class, so make payment in advance to reserve your spot on the list.

Ryan is an ex AFL Footballer who spent 5 years at Collingwood Football Club and is the current captain of WAFL club South Fremantle.
Ryan is a qualified Personal Trainer who has worked at Fitness Results for the past 5 years and has been working in the Health and fitness industry for 10 years.
Through his professional Sporting background, he possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to running, running technique and the mental side of running.
