Due to COVID-19 restrictions we have introduced online personal training options for our clients. Every session runs for 30 minutes and is catered to each client's individual needs. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, gain weight, improve fitness or strength - we've got you covered! Each of our trainers have their own unique style of training and are passionate about sharing their health and fitness knowledge and skills.
What are my training options?
- casual session - purchase this item from our store and you are entitled to one 30-minute session with your trainer.
- 10 PT sessions - purchase this item from our store and you are entitled to 10 30-minute sessions with your trainer.
- 20 PT sessions - purchase this item from our store and you are entitled to 20 30-minute sessions with your trainer.
- You are able to arrange when these sessions take place with your trainer, depending on the availability you both have.
How do I pick a trainer?
- The trainers participating in our online PT are: Brenton, Cooky, Luffy, Adrian and Morgan.

When can I get started?
- As soon as you like!
- Head to this page to see each trainer's availability, then email your chosen trainer in order to purchase your session/s.
Do I need a home gym/any equipment?
- In short, no!
- Every trainer will ask for a summary of your home workout space and the equipment you have available to you.
- They will then cater your workout plan to your individual needs and the resources you have available.
How much does it cost?
- Casual Session $45
- 10 Sessions $400
- 20 Sessions $750
What happens when I've completed all my sessions?
- You will need to purchase another lot of sessions.
- Make sure you organise this with your trainer to ensure availability.
