Why Fitness Results?

At Fitness Results we believe in a more friendly fitness experience.  

​In our gym, we have a focus on community, it's a place where you can push yourself with the support of our trainers and members.  Join our challenges to help push yourself to be your best and win some great prizes whilst you're at it.

We also got rid of monthly fees so you don't pay for when you don't gym, just another way we're trying to give you a more friendly fitness experience.

I started training at Fitness Results more than 8 years ago with the intention of losing weight and getting fit. Under the guidance of Brenton and his staff this goal was achieved in about 12 months.


I enjoy training with Brenton and his team because of their dedication to fitness, their ability to push me out of my comfort zone to achieve my goals, and the friendly community atmosphere they have created right on the doorstep of the Swan River.


One of the main advantages of Fitness Results over other gyms is that training sessions are customised to the individual and their needs. One of my sessions is football-based and is designed to improve my football skills. My other session is cardio-weight-based and is designed to improve my fitness and build strength. Overall my football skills have improved and I am fitter and stronger and have had a lot of fun doing it.


I loved training with Fitness Results when I first started and 8 years later I still love it.

I’ve been attending Fitness Results in Alfred Cove for about 2 years now and the location of the gym is perfectly placed to combine my fitness, family and work routines .  
 
Brenton and his crew have created a very relaxed  environment where you get results from your hard training even with a sort of “smile” on your face. The light hearted banter around the Gym does make it easier ! All good fun.
It’s an environment that I thought I would not embrace as much as I have.  This change in fitness training , from my many years of regular solo running, has bought about new levels to my all-round fitness. All for the better for an Old Bloke !.
 
As a bonus the relaxed group training environment has also enabled me to get my teenage kids along to the 6.00am classes . Not easily done I can assure you.
 
I do a range of activities from boxing to cardio to weights – it’s got it all and I never get bored with the variety of workout sessions on offer!

I have been training at Fitness Results for over 6 years now and would have to say they provide the best group fitness programs and personal training sessions in Perth.
​
The trainers are highly qualified, enjoyable to train with who provide an experience like no other.  Their ability to individually challenge you and achieve goals is something Brenton and his team are to be commended for.  Incorporating exercises and challenges which are both challenging and fun is something the trainers continually do.  The trainers ability to be able to change each of the group sessions or structure a focus personal training session  is second to none. 

​The people at Fitness Results are who make the gym and I must say there is an exceptional group of lovely people who attend the gym.  The great group of people along with the trainers make Fitness Results. 
 
Fitness results is based in the best location in Perth, with access to a large outdoor area at Tompkins park with the benefits of a fully fitted out indoor gym – nothing else can match it!

The mornings are impeccable, overlooking the swan river as the sun rises to the east behind the views of the city.  By far a very special place to be conducting any fitness program. 

Going to Fitness Results every day of the working week and on a Saturday is something I truly enjoy and look forward to each and every day.  It is a healthy lifestyle experience like no other!

The goals I set myself were to shed some weight, build some muscles and get a regular dose
on endorphins!!

I started going once a week, then twice, then three times and now go 5
mornings a week. I have the expertise and support from all the trainers.

I gained confidence
in using the weights, which I had never dared to use before, Cooky taught me the correct
way to run (was never a runner) and I developed an appreciation for putting in a decent
effort in order to see the results.

I have been going to Fitness Results for over 10 years now. Why? The environment that has been created by Brenton, Cooky and the team makes you feel like part of the family – we are all in this together and we are trying to be healthy humans.

They care about you and your fitness goals, tailor the approach and make it great fun so you keep coming back. They are real people that don’t take themselves too seriously which is great but they also hold you to account and make you work hard.

They are experts in the fitness industry and stay up to date with all the latest thinking which translates into great variation in the sessions. The holistic approach works – at Fitness Results you get fitness results!

I really enjoy training at Fitness Results because of the quality of its people and its incredible location. People with all different levels of fitness and age attend, there is no judging, no egos just mutual respect for everyone making an effort to exercise.

​ The trainers get the balance between pushing those who want to be pushed and those who are happy for something a little more low key right by taking the time to get to know their clients well.

Fitness Results is more than just another gym, it’s a great asset in our community for people to exercise in a beautiful location, enjoy each other’s company and feel better about themselves for having burnt some calories.
