The Details

Aim of the challenge:
  • Body fat percentage loss. 

Who can take part:
Non-members and members of any level of fitness and ability welcome!

Date:
May 1st - June 5th (5 weeks total).

  • ​10 x 1hr massages from Busy Bodies
  • $250 hair hamper from Wella Hair

How it works:
  • Every day a mini challenge will be set for all participants to take part in. E.g., 500 calorie day or push-up challenge. These are not compulsory but are highly encouraged.
  • Prizes awarded to the individual with the highest body fat percentage loss. 
  • Every participant must average 2 sessions per week (that is 4 sessions per pair).
  • Every participant must complete a pre and post challenge body scan.
  • Participants have exclusive access to secret Sunday sessions.

Secret Sunday sessions:
  • Every Sunday an exclusive group training session will run from 8-9am. 
  • They are only available to challenge participants and will be lead by a different trainer each week.
  • These sessions are included in your registration at no extra cost so make sure you take advantage of them!​​
