Kickstart is a specialised AFL high-performance program, designed for all skill levels, both boys and girls aged 8 years & above.
This program is delivered to small groups, focussing on the individual's kicking technique, sprinting technique and body conditioning - 3 essential components to improve your game.
Kickstart is delivered by expert, AFL standard coaches with many years' experience. It is a fun, intensive program and numbers are capped to guarantee improvement with take home written & visual feedback.

The Details
What's included?
3 x 1.5 hour session (30 mins kicking, 30 mins sprinting, 30 mins conditioning)
1 week program, running each week over the July school holidays. Group 1: Mon 1st, Wed 3rd & Fri 5th July (First week of school holidays) Group 2: Mon 8th, Wed 10th & Fri 12th July (Second week of school holidays) *Please select your week preference on the registration form below |

An AFL Hall of Famer, coach and kicking technique specialist with over 30 years’ experience playing and coaching. Rob is an experienced coach at all levels including state, WAFL and AFL. In a coaching capacity, he has been involved at Perth, West Coast Eagles, Carlton, East Fremantle, Christ Church Grammar and WAFL State Junior Pathway. |
