We are gearing up for the launch of our exciting new running program, 'Rapid Results' led by our excellent trainers Emma, Cooky and Brandon. This program will involve 4 group sessions a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
What's included:
Tuesday 5.45AM Fartlek running with Emma
Wednesday 5.30PM Lower leg and core strength with Brandon
Thursday 5.30PM Intervals with Brandon
Saturday 7AM Long Run with Emma
All groups run for 1 hour, we cater to all fitness types!
The first running event we will be training for is Fremantle Running Festival which will be held on Sunday 26th of November, featuring a 5km, 10km or 21.1km option to suit all levels of experience. Whether you chose to run the 5km, 10km or 21.1km, each group session has a tailored plan to meet your individual needs.

Payment options
Upfront: $450 ($50 per week)
Includes 3 running groups and 1 strength group per week, plus a ticket to the running event.
